Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NoxDragon ("we") builds and operates the applications and services of the Noxdragon Academic, Agora, and Ranverk lines, available at noxdragon.com and its subdomains.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any of our services you accept these terms and the supplementary policies of each product line. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

3. Your account

You need a NoxDragon account for most services. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

We ask something simple: use the services legally and respectfully. You may not (a) attempt to break the security or operation of the services, (b) use them for illegal activities, (c) resell access without our permission, or (d) upload content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Your content

What you upload is yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store it, process it, and show it to you (and to whoever you choose to share it with). We don't use your content to train third-party models and we don't sell it.

6. Plans and payments

Some services offer paid plans. Prices are shown before you subscribe, in US dollars with an estimate in your local currency. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced in advance.

7. Availability

We work to keep the services always available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some products are marked beta or under construction: they may change or be discontinued.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime from settings; that removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in urgent cases.

9. Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

10. Changes and contact
