Your data and privacy
Updated on August 5, 2026
Everything you create or upload in Noxdragon Academic is yours. You can export it, take it with you, and delete it whenever you want.
Your study material is yours
The EON decks, Theca books, summaries, Imagine presentations, and SimuLab problems you create or upload belong to you. You can export them in open or native formats (.eon, .imgin, PDF) and take them with you at any time. We don't use your content to train AI models and we don't sell it.
Your Theca library is private by design
The books and documents you upload to Theca are for personal use. The search index we build over them serves only to answer you and is deleted along with the document. Your library is not shared with other users or published.
What happens when you deliberately publish something
There are three situations where your content becomes visible to other people:
- EON Marketplace: if you publish a deck, other users can view and import it. You can unpublish at any time; copies already imported by other users remain.
- Imagine public link: if you share a presentation by link, anyone with that link can view it. The link exposes the presentation content, but not your study data.
- SimuLab Market: if you publish a problem set, other users can access it. As with EON, you can remove it from the Market at any time.
In every case, publishing is an explicit action on your part. Nothing is published on its own.
What's deleted when you close your account
When you delete your account, your decks, library, summaries, presentations, and practice problems are removed from active systems within 30 days at most, as described in our Privacy Policy. Content already imported by other users from the Market remains.

Frequently asked questions
Can other users see my Theca books? No. Your library is private by design. Only you have access, unless you explicitly publish something.
Can I export my EON cards if I decide to stop using the service?
Yes. From EON you can export your decks in .eon format. See the exporting in EON doc for the steps.
Does NoxDragon use my content to train AI? No. Your content is used only to provide you the service. When an AI feature processes your material, it does so only to give you a response, without authorizing it for training.
