Public viewer
Updated on August 5, 2026
When someone opens the link of a shared presentation, they reach the Imagine public viewer. No account or sign-in is needed — the link is enough.
What the visitor sees
The viewer shows the full presentation in read-only mode on a canvas. The visitor can:
- See all canvas elements exactly as you left them when sharing.
- Navigate through steps using the previous-step and next-step buttons, or by clicking the canvas.
- Play the sequence automatically if the presentation has steps configured.
- Enter fullscreen with the Present fullscreen button.
- Toggle camera movement with Lock Camera.
How to navigate steps
The current step and the total are shown in the viewer header (for example, "Step 1 / 5"). The visitor can move forward or backward using the on-screen controls. When the presentation ends, a completion message is displayed.
Password-protected presentations
If you protected the link with a password, the visitor sees a screen asking for the password before accessing the presentation. If the password is wrong, they are notified and can try again.
The presentation is read-only. The visitor cannot edit any element, save changes, or download the canvas file.
